The fresh vegetables are exclusively of Italian origin: they are grown in Emilia Romagna, in the Provinces of Ferrara, Piacenza, Bologna, Modena and further afield in Cremona, the Lodi Valley and the areas found between the Provinces of Verona and Mantova.
